ICICI Lombard Health Insurance Renewal Process

Step 1: Visit the ICICI Lombard website

Step 2: Hover over “Claims” in the menu on the top right hand side

Step 3: Enter your details and press on “Proceed”

You will now need to check the policy details such as:

• No claim bonus
• Other benefits
• Policy additions, etc.

Once you have checked the details, kindly proceed to make payment

Step 5: Make payment

You will now need to make your payment either through credit card/debit card or net banking. Once the payment is processed, your renewed policy can be downloaded via the portal. A copy of the policy will also be sent to your registered email ID.
